Michael King Case Pushes 911 Reform

Michael King was convicted for kidnapping, raping, and murdering Denise Lee, a 21-year-old wife from North Port last January 17, 2008, in Florida. Nathan Lee, husband of Denise Lee, pushes a nationwide 911 reform after of his wife incident, according to ABC News website.

According to reports, during the incident, Denise Lee called 911 from his kidnappers car, but key witness's call is not relayed to any patrol officers. Right now, Nathan Lee pushes this nationwide reform because of negligence claiming that mishandling of 911 call contributed to the death of his wife. According to reports:
Nathan Lee's wife, Denise, was killed hours after 911 dispatchers received a frantic call from a woman who heard screaming and saw suspicious behavior in a car next to her. But because of confusion at the dispatcher center, the information was never relayed to police in the area.
Nathan want to let his daughter see how their mom became an amazing mother as a legacy of Denise Lee to leave behind on their mind.

It is a tragic incident but somehow, people can remember and make a trace of Denise Lee memories. It is not only for Nathan, but for all people covered by 911.
